Many thanks for sending your terrific trombone grip. It revived last Tuesday and I used it with my R4 in a gig that night, a full brass band concert on Friday and an orchestral rehearsal today. I just did my first practice with it and my mind is blown. I’ve been very conscious of using too much pressure for years and not able to undo it and everything feels so much better in playing with that reduction in pressure. I’ve today received my grip and have had my first bit of practice and after a little bit of adjustment, I can honestly say it’s the most comfortable grip I have..I just love the ease of fitting and interchangeability between my tenor and bass trombone and how it makes lifting a bulky bass completely effortless

I did a three hour rehearsal on this last night and at the end it was like I hadn’t been holding any weight at all. A trombone is heavy, and the position of your hand has to go in is weird. This solves the problem beautifully. Well done Jonathan Pippen and Beth Calderbank
